Conjugated Linoleic Acid is found naturally in beef and dairy. CLA promotes weight loss. Scientists believe that it may promote the breaking down of fat and slow down the creation of fat. Some human trials have resulted in reductions in body fat.CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid is a naturally occurring Omega-6 fatty acid used as a weight-loss aid beneficial for those on a weight loss program or eating plan.
Lastly, it has multiple benefits for weight loss as well as skin health. By using it in combination with an eating plan, it can reduce body fat and increase lean muscle mass. Furthermore, intake of CLA inhibits production of additional fats as well as lowering blood glucose levels.

Specifications
Take 1 to 2 soft gel capsules, two to three times daily, with or after meals. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. Do not share medicines prescribed for you with any other person.
Ingredients
(CLA) oil (1g) of which CLA (0.8g). Other ingredients include Gelatine and Glycerine, Sugar Free.
Warnings
If you have a personal or family history of heart disease or diabetes, speak to your doctor orpharmacist before taking CLA.
Treatment with CLA supplements may negatively affect the function of your blood vessels, which could elevate your risk of heart disease. They may also increase your blood sugar levels, which affects people with diabetes.
As not enough is known about CLA during pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is best avoided.
Ensure you discuss dietary supplementation with your pharmacist to avoid the potential for side effects and adverse interactions with medications.
