HOUSE OF GLOW uses reputable South African couriers to get the products to the customers. When a parcel is booked out with our couriers, our system automatically updates your order with your tracking number and notifies you either by email or sms. Each package that leaves our office has a tracking number which we can use to follow the progress of that package easily.
When your package is with our dispatches, you will likewise get normal updates about your delivery, and your tracking email will have a link which you can use to query your delivery.

We deliver during weekdays, therefore it is advised that you give us where you will be located between 8am and 5pm during the week. Our couriers only deliver during weekdays between 8am and 5pm. We don’t deliver on Weekends, or Public Holidays.

We do not offer refunds, but if you need to change your size, we do have a exchange policy.
You will need to pay for courier to return the product to us, and pay R100 handling fee to us, and then pay for the courier to get the new size. Send us a message on 0722822598 whatsapp for any exchanges
